Boy Problems Has Entered the Chat
A serious look at the problems we joke about. And the jokes we tell to survive the serious stuff.
I’m thrilled/terrified/thrilled again to announce that the first episode of Boy Problems is officially out in the world. It’s live. It’s loud. It’s emotional. It’s on youtube. And yes, I spent the whole time talking about men (what else is new). For the very first episode, my extremely cool and slightly-too-famous friend Delaney Rowe joins me to unpack one of the great debates of our time: can men and women really be friends? I also get painfully honest about the uniquely humbling experience of having a crush in your 30s. And just to ease your mind, between filming this episode and releasing it, the crush in question has been spiritually cleared. We’ve saged the feed. My serotonin has returned!!
This show is a long time coming. It was born out of heartbreak, yes, but also out of hope. Hope that we can have better conversations. Hope that masculinity doesn’t have to be a lost cause. Hope that we can meet men where they’re at and empathize with the women who are trying to reach them!! The sisters, the girlfriends, the mothers, this show is for all of you too.
Boy Problems is what happens when you take the questions we’re too afraid to ask in public and answer them with honesty, humor, feminism, and a little chaos. It’s part advice column, part confessional, part attempt to reach men before Andrew Tate does. And I say that lovingly, because I actually do believe they can be reached. I’ve seen it. I’ve dated it. I’ve cried about it. And now I’m documenting it!
You can watch Boy Problems on Katie Couric’s youtube or listen wherever you get your podcasts!
And please, as always, know that everything I do is only possible because of you. Truly. Your support, your shares, your comments, your existence…they mean the world. If you loved the episode, help me make the next one even better. Send us your boy problems using this form—the more specific, the more unhinged, the more heartbreakingly real, the better. Don’t hold back. I’m not. Why should you?
I love you!! x

making something new is terrifying but making it with you makes it so much less scary!!
Keep creating sister, it's ok to be scared and your courage shines through!
