This piece reminds me of a cue from my yoga classes (not to riff from Drew) that when we feel like we're in a challenging pose, to look for how to make it easier. Maybe that's releasing tension that isn't required to hold the shape; maybe that's backing up out of the shape a little if we're pushing our limits; maybe that's breathing deeper and slower. How to make it easy varies, but looking for the ease every time is part of the process.
This nudge came at the right time for me. I really want to do something that feels hard... but maybe it's easy. I just gotta do it and see.
